Kelson's AI features are classified as "Limited Risk" under the EU AI Act framework. This means we're required to be transparent about AI usage—which we fully embrace.

Conversational AI that provides relationship guidance, emotional support, and practical advice through text-based chat.
Data This AI Accesses
- Your messages in the conversation
- Your first name (for personalization)
- Your mood entries (when shared)
- Your relationship map categories
- Your journey progress
Data This AI Does NOT Access
- Your journal entries (unless you share them)
- Your payment information
- Your email or password
- Your location data
- Data from other users

To provide personalized emotional support and relationship guidance based on established psychological principles.
How to Opt Out
Simply don't use the AI Coach feature. Your journey content and tools work independently.
Voice Response (Fish Audio)
Text-to-speech service that converts AI Coach responses into spoken audio.
Data This AI Accesses
- AI-generated response text (for conversion to speech)
Data This AI Does NOT Access
- Your personal information
- Your conversation history
- Any data beyond the text being spoken
Purpose
To provide an audio option for AI Coach responses, improving accessibility.
How to Opt Out
Tap the speaker icon to mute voice responses. The AI Coach will display text-only responses.
AI Insights (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
AI-generated summaries that analyze your journal entries and mood patterns over time.
Data This AI Accesses
- Your journal entries for the period
- Your mood selections
- Your journey completion data
Data This AI Does NOT Access
- Real-time location
- Contacts or phone data
- Information from other apps
Purpose
To help you recognize patterns, celebrate progress, and identify areas for growth.

Insights are only generated when you request them. Don't tap "Generate Insight" to opt out.
